We spent five nights here and were absolutely thrilled — there is truly nothing to complain about. The food was simply outstanding: every evening we were treated to a beautifully presented four-course dinner, prepared with great attention to detail and exceptional flavor. The rooms are high-quality, modern, and tastefully designed — a place where you instantly arrive and feel at home. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and warm-hearted; we felt welcome from the very first moment. The surroundings outside the hotel were just as breathtaking: nestled in nature, with stunning mountain views and complete tranquility. An all-around perfect stay — we will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of spending four wonderful days at Berggasthof Videgg — a true hidden gem for relaxation and peace. The silence there is simply amazing, just like the many hiking trails surrounding the area. The beautifully designed rooms invite you to slow down, do absolutely nothing, and simply enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery. The hosts, Andreas and Sandra, are incredibly kind and genuinely warm people — you instantly feel comfortable and well cared for. The four-course dinner Sabine prepared every evening was absolutely incredible. It is truly worth the journey to spend a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday there.

I was lucky enough to spend six wonderful days at this indescribably beautiful hotel. The hosts are so warm and welcoming. The food (half board) cannot really be described in words — simply a delight. Everything is homemade and freshly prepared. Nothing was missing; on the contrary, every detail was perfect and arranged with so much love and care. The rooms, with their breathtaking mountain views, are simply unforgettable. Whether dining or relaxing in the wellness and sauna area, you are surrounded everywhere by spectacular scenery. I will definitely return.

We hiked from the Hirzer middle station to Videgg — a beautiful trail through forests, meadows, and along paved paths. The hike was absolutely worth it. We were rewarded with a large sunny terrace and delicious food. Highly recommended. Everything has been completely rebuilt after the fire with great attention to detail and so much love.
